FFL Transfers

Please Note:

    • We would love to do all of your firearms transfers.
    • *Regular transfers are $60 if you fill out an FFL transfer form. Transfers are $100 if you do not fill out an FFL transfer form! If you are a member and fill out an FFL Transfer form it is $40.
    • We will only transfer to US citizens or Permanent Residents  

Firearms Transfer Procedure

  1. **If you are transferring a HANDGUN first VERIFY that it is on the Maryland Handgun Roster!**
  2. Give us a call and ask for pricing and availability.
  3. Fill out our transfer form below.
  4. If the company you bought your gun from doesn’t have our Federal Firearms License (FFL) have them email us requesting it.
  5. Wait for your new gun to come in.
  6. Please allow us 24 – 48 hours to receive your firearm into our system.
  7. We will call you once the firearm has been received so that you can come in to start paper portion of the required paperwork
  8. If you are transferring a regulated (handgun) firearm you can save time by completing a MSP form 77R before coming in to the store.

Seller Information

We will need a copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) from the seller to complete the transfer. You can email a copy to [email protected] or it can be sent in the box with the firearm.

The seller will need a copy of our FFL, which is different for each of our locations.
